Is it possible to have a place to put raffles that have been draw, so members can see what we have given away in the past?

It's already built in. Go to the Raffle Settings page and set 'Show Raffles Already Drawn' to 'Yes'.

I was asking to have it show on a separate archive page. I have them turned on, but the raffle page will get cluttered with active and drawn raffles.

OK, what about this?

Only open raffles are displayed on the raffle page, but at the bottom is a link for 'previous raffles'.

Not at this time. I'm rather busy with other mods and a server setup.
