Now this is a re-make where I feel they've done an excellent job of bringing a movie up to date. They used special effects well and kept most of the original story line.

While I was skeptical at first, I'd say give this one a chance. You might actually like it better than the original. ;)
 
I noticed that this was showing on our SAT TV but gave it a miss, I must see when they have it on again then
