This user group permission doesn't seem to work. I have it set to No for unregistered/unconfirmed and I can still view the FAQ not logged in.

FYI: I tried to submit a bug report but all it did is keep telling me I had to wait 180 sec, I waited, and it told me I had to wait another 180 secs, so I gave up.
