Do you have any add-ons that adds custom user criteria?
Perhaps it adds an extra tabs, but only tab pane template modification works on this page

This addon is very outdated and was heavily hardcoded
I'll see what I can do with it in my spare time

Thanks to the help of support, I was able to create a raffle. The problem was in the translation sentences, since it modified the </b></font> creating spaces that the original text does not contain.
I leave this information for the future.

"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

when I click the created raffle on the forum. not me or any member can do it.

Although the only setting is to allow logged in users to enter.

Yep that did it thank you. Also when users are drawn it would be nice to have them tagged or some way so they knew they won and an email as well would work
