• Add - Additional error processing for some form fields
• Add - Form name as page title
• Add - Change quick post link for ThemeHouse Nodes add-on when form is used for new thread

NOTE: While the old question report formats are converted to the new manual format in this update, please check all of your questions to be sure they are being properly displayed in posts after the form is filled out.

NOTE: No support will be given for retrieving information from the answer database table. If you use the option, it is assumed you know how to use MySQL to obtain the information you need. If you can't do that, then you most likely should not use the option to save answers to the database.
