In order to get access to any paid resources (that you own) which I transfered rights to Painbaker, you will need to register on his site and shoot him a direct message. He will then assign you any licenses you own there. Advanced Forms and the Spaminator Trilogy are still available here.

WARNING: Because this update modifies your Advanced forms database tables, it is recommended you backup your site and database before installing this update. It is also recommended you take your site offline before uploading this update to your site to avoid any errors due to the database changes not being applied until the update is installed.

Conditional questions are questions that will be displayed only when a specific answer is selected for another question. They can be defined for single selection radio, single selection dropdown, yes/no and checkbox questions. Nesting of conditional questions (a conditional of a conditional) is not allowed. You will not have the "Add conditional question" button until you create a main question with an answer type that is usable for conditional questions.
