Need a little help

I tend to stay away from his mods as I would hate to end up sharring the same cells ........... Ooops sorry room with him

It's the only one I want and i cant for the life of me take away the tab
Usually I can find these things really easy but hours later still can't
 
Well I must admit I looked at this mod and really don't see the point of it

As an Admin I see what's going on live on the browser tab.
It's a great tool for Admins and Moderators, having that tab open all the time give you a live update of things.
 
Seems like it would take up a load of resources if you have a busy forum and I still don't see the point in wanting to do that.
