[OzzModz] Attachment View Bypass 2.0.0 Patch Level 1

Requirements:
XenForo 2.2.0+

Allow to view all attachments regardless of content visibility by certain IP's or IP ranges (e.g. for CDN caching purposes)

Supported attachments for content types:

• Posts
• Conversations
• Profile post & comments
• Xenforo Media Gallery items
• Xenforo Resource Manager descriptions & updates
