Can we make the whitelist system like this?

Type : Upper First Letter Of Every Word
Whitelist Words : "NVIDIA, RTX"
If the member writes "LAPTOPS WITH NVIDIA RTX 3080 support APPEARED",

convert it to "Laptops With NVIDIA RTX 3080 Support Appeared"

There are only a few optional settings here. Everything should work out of the box.
Please describe what exactly does not work and how to reproduce it.
 
very useful add on can you add another box to allow/whitelist predetermined UPPERCASE words i.e NLP or some abbreviations these words not need to be case changed
