The group .less file was overriding the settings in the Ui.X2 style.

I've placed a hot fix on the server for this. Download the group system, upload the files to your server and go to Admin->Add-ons and select "Rebuild" in the Social group add-on drop down menu.

It rebuilds all of the add-on information in XenForo (templates, template modifications, permissions, etc.). It does not affect the group data itself.
 
How can I notify group members?
I've created a group for a Pen&Paper group, I'd like to manage the dates, for example I've created a discussion and asked if anyone is there today, but no one has been notified.

That's an oversight on my part. No alerts are sent to group members when posting a discussion. I'll correct that in the next release.

What do you mean by "manage the dates"? I don't understand.

Try to use the system like a schedule
I start a discussion and ask the player "when do you want to play" then tell me when you have time.
After that i add this date to the "GROUP EVENTS"
 
I have received this error but cannot say what caused it. I use XF 2.0.1

Hmm... I could have sworn I took care of that error a while back.

I've re-uploaded the add-on files to the download server.

Download the add-on again and just upload the files to the server. You don't need to do anything else.

After uploading the files, let me know if you get the error again.

Log out and try searching for something. That is when it would happen if it's going to happen.

No you can't use them in discussions. Discussions are not threads/posts and not intended to be them.

I circumvented the problem by creating a separate forum for all groups. And this is not displayed in the normal structure.

I hope you mean you created a separate category, not a separate forum.

I'll consider adding that permission in the next release.
 
It seems to me Snog that if I'm trying to use a theme by XenMake and the Social Group Add-on, it just gives me a template error.

It very well could. Any changes to the default style templates need to be accounted for in the add-on template modifications. That's why there was an update to account for a Themehouse style problem.

As a very simplified example, if I'm looking for this in the default XF style:

But the custom style contains this:

You'll most likely get template errors because of the extra div and I need to locate what the problem is in the custom style to account for it in the add-on (if it can be accounted for).

I would need a copy the style (or the PAGE_CONTAINER template) to see if it can be corrected.

EDIT: I sent you a PC requesting a copy of the PAGE_CONTAINER template for your style. I should be able to locate the problem if I get a copy of that template.
 
Osman was kind enough to supply his PAGE_CONTAINER template for the Innovative style.

I'll issue the update to take care of the template errors after Christmas. The delay is I'm working on a couple of other updates that aren't ready yet.
