Is there an option to add note or reject reason when a payment is rejected or accepted?
 
just bought this addon. I will test and see how it works.
 
I use DB credit and its selected. When a user request for payment it gives an error :

Can you check it in standard style? Or check if there is invisible text through browser code inspection? (F11)
Also I see your + - buttons are not visible in number input maybe because of your style CSS rules
