[OzzModz] Game Thread Starter 2.2.0 Beta

This is a beta release, take a full backup before installing on a production site.

• General code refactor
• Minimal XF version changed to 2.2
• XF 2.3 support
• Removed XenPorta support
• [BREAKING] Add-on was integrated with ForumType and ThreadType system (XF2.2+).
• "TGDb thread forums" add-on option was removed (all previously selected forums in this option will be automatically converted to "Game forum" type).
• "Allow mixed content" option was deleted (now can be used "General discussion" forum type with "Game threads" type)
• DB tables prefix was changed from "xf_snog_tgdb" to "xf_snog_games"
• [BREAKING] Image file storage folder was changed to "data/game-threads" and the structure was changed to allow uploading of custom images
• [BREAKING] The output of raw HTML game overviews has been replaced by BB codes

New features:

• Added permission to rate games
• Added ability to quickly rate games (can be disabled in options)
• Added ability to add custom games that are not present on TGDb

Fixes:

• Fixed missing unique index in game ratings table which could allow multiple ratings of the same game by a single user
• Fixed box art, screenshot and fan art images not opening in lightbox

WARNING: After add-on upgrade will be automatically started thread count calculation rebuild job. This may take some time to complete (depends on forum size).

Support for Xon's multi prefix addon.

Fixed: A template modification that was only allowing those with inline moderation privileges to view the game info in threads.

Fixed: A template modification in XF 2.2 that showed the game info twice.

Please take a backup before installing this version, that way if something goes wrong you can restore to a working point!!!

Should be good to go with XF 2.2 Only thing you need to do is turn off the polls in the node(s) under the setting "Allowed thread types" for the game forums.

Fixed: Errors would occur while uploading an image if one did not originally exist.

Fixed: A possible SQL injection in the unlikely event theTGDB doesn't clean data before entering it in their database. Thanks to @TickTackk for the report.
