Adds checkbox on a content creation form to send it immediately to approval queue

This add-on allows posting content with "moderated" status by default and putting it in the approval queue without clicking "unapprove" from the moderator menu, and also avoiding unwanted eyes to see the content.

This can be useful for moderators and administrators, for example, to have content reviewed by staff before publishing, or for testing purposes.

Adds a separate permission to use for each content type.

Supported content types:

• Threads
• Posts
• Profile posts
• Profile posts comments
• XFRM: Resources, updates
• XFMG: Media, albums, comments
• [OzzModz] XFRM: Resource Questions: Questions, answers
• [OzzModz] XFRM: Update Comments: Comments
• [OzzModz] Quote Book: Quotes, comments

Has a permission "Post with a "moderated" state" for each content type.
