[HELP] Unable to post in test application section.

I'm trying to test out the application plugin, and I don't have permission to post in the test forum application section.

I have a registered account, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only things that I allow to be posted in the application test forum are applications. Select an application from the sidebar or the navigation tab.
