Hi Ozzy,
Thanks for your great additions.
This plugin is very necessary for me, but one setting in it does not work, and that is a limit on the total number of posts by a user on the entire site.
As you can see, I have defined that a user can publish one post per hour on the whole site, but he manages to publish posts as usual [in contrast, the limit according to a specific forum does work well].
can you check it for me
