OzzModz Is Here To Stay

I'm not going to lie. I was disappointed by what I read yesterday on XF.com. It's a no-win situation and not ideal, but I'm glad you will still support your add-ons here on OzzModz/Snogs.

I'd better buy Advanced Forms soon, just in case! 😂

Glad to see you still at work, was getting a bit worried since I followed the history on XF

I'll support you whenever I need one of your addons but I hope you reconsider when things cool down.

Until then, good luck, I hope you have less stress moving forward.

Just noticed...

Apparently it cannot identify ChromeOS which is another name for a Chromebook or in my case a Chromebase which is the desktop equivalent.

I just finished updating my "watched" settings on this forum for the mods I've purchased to get email notifications when updates are posted. I barely visit XF forums as it is. I don't want to miss something important for these valuable mods.

@Ozzy47 I can empathize in many ways with what appears to be issues over on the XF site. It has drastically changed from what it was even 5 years ago. It seems that when a few "old heads" left and a few new "hot heads" took over the reigns the base "feel" of the site attitude started into the dumps. And it is one of the reasons I became so vocal as I saw the way they were headed.
I really don't know what has changed with there other than one certain person seems to be running the show now that has issues with being confronted about certain things said but shown to be untrue, but it seems it has been impacting many and I honestly do NOT miss my forced removal from that site.

Needless to say, I want to say thanks for the add-ons that you offer for Xenforo. You and a few other 3rd party developers are what actually keep Xenforo alive and somewhat "current" in todays needs. It sure isn't the XF developers themselves as they are readily stuck in a "we know what is best for you no matter what reality or our license holders say" attitude. Heck, that's readily apparent by their recent HYS offerings where they are folding 3rd party add-ons into their script since they don't seem to be able to develop any worthwhile end user offerings from their own knowledge as they are (and have been) developer concentric and not that worried about he actual end user which keeps our sites alive. For me, this is very telling, and I've used XF since 2012.
