Hello I need help, I bought the add-on.
it charged me $44 instead of $40 but regardless it won't let me download it.
The button still says "Buy for $40" and It's not on "download resources".

I must bother again.
The add-on is installed but the log doesn't show up on the menu.
I see it in navigation the last item under forums

$xf.visitor.hasPermission('spaminatorLog', 'view')

however is not there. And I'm admin.

Solved needed to give permissions to the admin group.

Hey,

I posted on XF but noticed you dedicate support on here now.

Could we please look into recent spam we have received? As there seems like an increase. Maybe the bots are getting better?

No, according to my research, bots is not the issue, it’s human intervention.
