Support for Advanced Application Add-on

Hello Snog.

I recently purschased this application, and installed it. Worked fine, no issues on the installation.

Whenever I click on the "Staff ApplicationModerator", the default one (i've not edited anything), I get an error.

Sorry. I figured it out. It's because the default application form has the same user ID for the reports and the option where it should send the application (new thread, email etc) had no value either.

I created a new application to test, and it worked all fine.
