If you're trying to report a bug, this isn't the way to do it. You're lucky I even looked at this form post.

Anyway the problem is with XF2 [8WR] Database Backup. Disable it and the add-on should install/update without a problem.

EDIT: Or, the data folder does not exist on your server. (I didn't see that the second screenshot was related to another add-on)
