User Fake Activity Settings

On the user online activation threshold, can someone tell me what the settings would be to run this consistently? Its very rarely working and Im not sure if setting are correct. I want this running all time to get views up.

Which settings do you have now?

"Users online activation threshold" means that if the number of online users is below or above the specified number, the trigger will not be executed until the current online number is within the specified range.
