In your case, it's because the URL you are entering does not resolve to a valid domain.

In other words, the domain doesn't exist on the internet. (see the notice at the top of every page)

If you just brought the site online, you may need to wait for the DNS to propagate so the domain can be checked by the download system.

It would appear it's a new domain name. It hasn't propagated everywhere yet...
