Xenforo License Validation?

I looked everywhere on Xenforo's website for an add-on or some other method of validating Xenforo licenses for new users who want to join my new website.

Is there any way to do this?

I know it's done Snog's, but I have ZERO clues on how it is done.

NOTE: I am NOT a programmer/coder, so if there is a way that is done manually, please be detailed in your responses.

I saw that one, but that add-on has not been released as a 'stable release' and that's why I skipped that one.

On top of that... it has been 2 years since the author did anything to that add-on, makes me wonder if he still supports it.
