Any reason I'm seeing this @Ozzy47 as I've not downloaded anything in a long while, at least not since the announcement of your partial retirement. Confused!

You don’t have an active account upgrade, once you purchase one, you’ll be able to download up to 10 addons a day.

The reason is because I no longer have free addons, the 100+ non premium addons are available with an account upgrade.
 
Also, if you are trying to download resources you have previously purchased, those are reassigned to Painbaker, you’ll have to register on his site and send him a PM to get the licenses reassigned. https://xenbaker.com/
