I sent Ozzy a PM a few days ago and I haven't heard anything. It's regarding support for a specific add-on that I have a license for. I was wondering if I am going about this the correct way, is there an official support method on the forum? Sorry in advance.

So not sure why the need to start a thread on how to go about support.

Anyway, Painbaker will answer you in the PC you started as soon as he can.
 
We ask this, so that when other people encounter the same problem you have, they can find it and the solution, in the thread for the add-on in question.
To this I should add, that if you are using PM for support, none of the other help here can see the request and you're pretty much waiting with the life schedule of the person you messaged. Whereas, others might be able to help you faster if your request is posted IN the support threads.

Everyone here has a life outside the internet, with jobs, family, hobbies, and etc. So the more people who can see your request, the more likely it will be that you'll get faster help.
