Can anyone please confirm if this add-on work in Suggestion forums? Modes - Create Thread and View Forum?

If I use Create Thread, then nothing happened
If I use View Forum, it acting like if I set View Thread

Problem:

If a user has not approved the changed "terms and rules" option; this add-on doesn't work and the user cannot go to another page.

Please can you fix it?
